I have been a licensed counselor for almost 30 years. 

I empower leaders and business owners to heal themselves of trauma, anxiety, and limiting beliefs and behaviors so they can get out of their own way and get the results they crave much faster and easier. 
I use a combination of energy psychology, neuroscience and ancient spiritual wisdom for an elegant process with lasting results.

After graduate school, I created and directed an inpatient eating disorders center in New England and then transitioned to private practice when I decided to become a mom and wanted more time-freedom.

When I'm not working with clients, training other therapists, or volunteering with teens in my town, I may be found caring for their menagerie of pets, watching a Netflix series with my husband, or adding another personal growth book to my overflowing bookshelves and nightstand.

I'm fueled by my desire to help more people experience more peace & joy and by planning more travels around the world with my family.
